The rules for using RV Trip Cost. Short version: the numbers are estimates, so check your booking.
Who we are
RV Trip Cost (rvtripcost.com) is published by Intermarketings Inc, a company based in Virginia, USA. “We” and “us” mean Intermarketings Inc. You can reach us through the contact form.
Estimates, not quotes
- The calculators and guides give estimates for planning. They are not quotes, offers or advice, and they are not a substitute for your booking terms, the hire company’s documents or the official pages we link to.
- Prices, fees, charges, fuel prices and rules change. Each figure shows its source and the date we checked it, and figures marked “Example” are ours, not published prices. Check the source and your quote before you rely on a number.
- The totals use only what is entered in the calculator. Anything you leave out, such as insurance, deposits, food or activities, is not in the total.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for losses that come from relying on an estimate, a figure that has changed, or a site we link to. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country that cannot be excluded.
Links and partners
We link to rental companies, marketplaces, government bodies, campsites and other sites we don’t control; their own terms and privacy policies apply there. Some buttons may become paid partner links in the future; see the affiliate disclosure. We are not affiliated with any rental company, government body or campsite named on the site, and their names are used only to identify them.
Using the site
- You may use the calculators and share links to your estimates for personal, non-commercial planning.
- Please link to pages rather than copying them. The sourced figures belong to their publishers; follow the source links and their licences if you reuse them. Our own text, design and code belong to Intermarketings Inc.
- Don’t try to disrupt the site, scrape it at a rate that affects other visitors, or use the contact form to send spam.

We may update these terms; the date in the sitemap shows when this page last changed. The privacy page explains what little we collect.
